Ancient Threads Return/Refund Policy

While we hope you love your purchase, the Return & Refund Policy is as follows. All items can be returned & Returns will only be accepted 14 days from receipt of your order for a refund as per original payment method Minus 10% of the cost of goods as a restocking fee. If 14 days have passed, Returns will not be honored or accepted. All refunds are refunded directly to the original method of payment used at checkout. The credit will appear on your credit card depending on your card issuer’s Policy.

All returns require Pre Authorization. Please email hello@ancient-threads for return instructions & ship to address. You will need to return your unused product at your expense using a trackable shipping service. The returned Product(s) must be new, Unused & in their original box perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the Package, Ancient-Threads.com will judge the perfect condition of the returned goods. No Return will be accepted if the the returned product(s) have been visibly used or damaged by the customer & that this use or damage makes the product(s) unfit for sale. If such is the case, the customer will not be able to demand the right to any type of reimbursement.

Refunding of the returns will be subject to compliance of above conditions.
