My name is Mousumi Dutta & I am the Founder & Creative Visionary for Ancient Threads Accessories. Prior to this, I was a multi faceted Global Branding Manager & Product Developer for a Ralph Lauren Home Licensee in NYC.

Two Decades solidified & I was unemployed amidst C19 Pandemic. I actively embarked upon windshield therapy aka long drives to the woods along with hi-intensity yoga & meditation as I focused on the next Chapter of my Life Journey.

Having recognized the function of sensory & color therapy as holistic dualities missing in the Tech & Fashion industry, I applied my Luxury Creative Experience towards designing Accessories inspired by my Global Travels not by Trends - aimed to radiate joy & wellness along with safeguarding the Heritage of Indian Hand craftsmanship & Ecological Production methods in an increasing Digital World.

This is my story of re-invention & re-direction, of fortitude & resilience whilst facing adversity amidst a global crisis. A Post Pandemic Business borne out of a passion for layering Blockprints, Pattern & Color - a fusion of Eastern Aesthetics with Western Styling that evoke a spirit of Fantasy Vacations, Mood Boosting Color Therapy & Gypset Living.
